We farm the same ground we work on
Legge Farms and Drainage is a family operation out of Garner, Iowa. We farm our own ground, and we put tile and drainage in for the farmers around us. That is the reason we read a field the way we do. When we look at a wet spot, we are looking at it the same way you are, because we have one just like it at home.

Do it right the first time
That is the rule here. Tile you put in the ground is going to be there long after the job is paid for, so there is no sense in doing it twice. We would rather take the extra half day and know it drains. This is the work we know. Tile, drainage, dirt work and land clearing are not a sideline for us.
We think about the customer first
Out of the box thinkers is how we would describe ourselves. Every field is different and every acreage is different. If the standard answer does not fit your ground, we will say so, and then we will figure out something that does.
Small town morals
We have small town morals and we do not know another way to work. Think of us like your sons and grandsons. We are family, and if you become a customer of ours, you are family too.
Work that lasts generations
The work we do outlives us. A tile system put in right drains for decades. Ground we clear gets farmed by whoever owns it next. That is the kind of job we want to leave behind, one that makes a lasting impact on the land and on the operation you hand down.
